No matter the knickknack, it’ll look better when grouped with other knickknacks. If you collect small boxes, designate one shelf for them. Place vases above bookshelves together. Hang a group of framed photos together, rather then spreading them out. It gives your room a little more focus and helps to create a less cluttered look.
