Quick Tip: Organize Knickknacks in Groups

No matter the knickknack, it’ll look better when grouped with other knickknacks. If you collect small boxes, designate one shelf for them. Place vases above bookshelves together. My CD Storage Mistake - Save Yourself Some Trouble

Maybe you remember my CD storage series a few weeks back:

Save Space by Dumping the CD Jewel Cases
Where To Recycle CD & DVD Cases
Where to find CD and DVD file folders and cases

Well, I did it; transfered all my CDs and DVDs to disk folders. There were some pros to this solution for sure.

My […]

Hit the beach or park with a Neatnix Stuff Bucket

The Neatnix Stuff Bucket, I assume started out as an art caddy, and it could be used for such. However, its wide middle bucket, and handy 24 side pockets also make it a winner for summer outdoor organization. You can stick sunscreen and aloe gel in the outside pockets, along with some first aid kit […]

Musical organization for hats & coats

I don’t know why, but I keep running into all these amazing coat and hat hangers, it’s an overload. Still, I love stuff that keeps hats and coats off the floor, so we’ll look anyhow.

The Magnetter

The Magnetter sounds like some super hero sidekick, but it’s not, well, maybe a little; perhaps an organizing sidekick.
The magnetter is a great simple tool for individuals who need a mail drop off center - but not a large one. I.E you’ve had your junk mail canceled, or you just don’t get much mail.

It bends […]

Envelope Storage for Warranty Information

This warranty solution works well for folks without file cabinets - all you need is one drawer and some envelopes, and you’re all set.
First follow the steps I discussed in the previous warranty post:
“To get started you should have all your collected warranty info gathered together. Some people suggest stapling all the info together […]

Remote Control Storage

This is really more of a fantasy remote control storage, because I’m not sure who would use it. I don’t think I’d like to display remotes on my wall like some art object, but then again, I haven’t been a huge TV fan since X-Files ended, so…

Now, what do you think? I originally saw this […]
